Young artists featured at Burnaby gallery

Two young artists are join­ing forces for a new exhi­bi­tion at Deer Lake Gallery.

Ata­lanta Shi and David Yao are team­ing up for The Nat­ural Gaze + Impres­sion­ism, run­ning at the Burn­aby Arts Council’s gallery from Dec. 8 to 23.

An open­ing recep­tion is set for Thurs­day, Dec. 8 from 7 to 9 p.m.

Ata­lanta, a Burn­aby res­i­dent and Grade 11 stu­dent, has been inter­ested in art since the age of three and has been an active mem­ber of the Fed­er­a­tion of Cana­dian Artists since she was 14.
